This is a 5k running event to support a dear family in the community. A few weeks ago, Lissette Morales, mother of two children and wife of Mr. Morales was presented with some devastating news. Her husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. Between the medical appointments and hospital stays, her family will need as much support as possible. All proceeds from this event will be given to the Morales family.
This will take place the weekend before Halloween, so to spice things up, you can come dressed in a Halloween costume. We expect participants to show up around 7:30am to warm up, claim their number, and be ready for the briefing before the race takes place at 8am. The race will take place at the Oxbow Trail in Hermiston, OR.
